Bluetooth product TELEC certification process——ZRLK

Author:中認(rèn)聯(lián)科 time:2022-02-21 Ctr:907

Bluetooth products are products that use Bluetooth technology, which are very common in our lives, such as Bluetooth headsets, notebook computers, digital cameras, Bluetooth speakers, etc. However, in general, if these products want to enter the Japanese market, they need to apply for TELEC certification.

What is TELEC certification?

TELEC certification is also called MIC certification. TELEC (Telecom Engineering Center) is the main registration certification body for radio equipment compliance certification in Japan. MIC (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) is a government agency that regulates radio frequency equipment in Japan. MIC is the Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, responsible for compiling regulations and standards. TELEC is only one of the designated issuing agencies for MIC, so it is called TELEC certification or MIC certification. TELEC certification is mandatory and the certification body is a registered certification body recognized by MIC in the scope of designated radio equipment.

TELEC certification standard

The technical standards of TELEC certification refer to the classification and technical standards of designated radio equipment listed in the technical regulations compliance certification system on its official website. It is worth noting that in the event of discrepancies between these technical standards and the technical requirements of the Radio Regulations (RadioRegulatory Commission Rules No. 18), the Radio Regulations shall prevail.

Scope of TELEC certification

WiFi equipment; WIFI2.4G; WIFI2.5G; Bluetooth equipment; 2.4GHz frequency band; 10GHz frequency band; 315GHz frequency band; 902-928GHz frequency band; 2G/3G/4G products

Note: 433MHz and 868MHz products do not need GITEKI certification. In addition, GITEKI certification does not open 2.9G and 5.8G for civilian use, so GITEKI certification is not required.

Bluetooth product TELEC certification test project

1. Frequency Error Measurement (FrequencyErrorMeasurement);

2. Coupling bandwidth/carrier frequency bandwidth test (OccupiedBandwidthandSpread-spectrumBandwidth/Factor);

3. Stray disturbance test (UnwantedEmissionIntensityMeasurement);

4. Antenna PowerErrorMeasurement;

5. Receiver spurious disturbance test (LimitationofCollateralEmissionofReceiverMeasurement);

6. EIRP antenna power test (TransmissionAntennaGain (EIRPAntennaPower) Measurement);

7. 3dB lobe bandwidth test (TransmissionRadiationAngleWidth (3dBBeamwidth) Measurement);

8. Duty cycle test (DutyCycleMeasurement);

9. Retentiontime test.

Bluetooth product TELEC certification process

1. Submit an application for TELEC certification to ZRLK;

2. Sign the contract and fill in the certification application form;

3. Provide samples and technical information, and pay the deposit;

4. ZRLK laboratory starts testing after receiving the samples;
